Produced in both adult and pediatric versions, the stainless-steel BRONCHOSCOPE EFER-DUMON® is a modular system comprising a range of interchangeable tracheal and bronchial tubes which are connectable to a universal base having axial and lateral ports, enabling simultaneous use of an endoscopic probe, a ventilation device and a working instrument.
An original MEDLOCK™ locking system ensures airtight mechanical connection between the interchangeable tubes and the bronchoscope universal base.
The universal base features a 360° rotating ventilation port, used for either manually assisted spontaneous ventilation or jet ventilation.
All tubes are colour-coded to correspond with both stent placement instrumentation and EFER-SUPERGLASS™ stents.
A versatile system, the BRONCHOSCOPE EFER-DUMON® is useful for most bronchoscopy interventions such as biopsy, foreign body removal, dilatation, laser resection, argon plasma coagulation, cryotherapy, electrocoagulation, and silicone stent placement.
BRONCHOSCOPE EFER-DUMON SERIES III is a class IIa medical device designed for interventional bronchoscopy.
